He focuses in the learning and innovation of performance methodologies and applications, in the area of individual, business and organization growth.He is a Sales Specalist Coach. He has a strong passion to inspire, nurture and transform the lives of people and businesses. Currently, he is a sought out consultant-coach for organizations who build coaching intervention frameworks for performance improvements and transformation.
Rajiv returned to Malaysia from the United States in the year 2000 bringing more than 10 years experience in leadership, management, sales and international business. The industries he has served include OEM manufacturing, merchant banking, financialplanning and hospitality.
Currently, Rajiv resides in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and serves as the Vice President of the International Coach Federation (ICF) Malaysia, a community based network for coaches.Rajiv clients include Petronas GTS, Maybank Berhad, Berjaya Hotels & Meritus Pelangi Beach Resort, Great Eastern, Affin Bank, Parkson, Public Bank Berhad, CIMB Wealth Advisors etc.
